Skin Care
Obagi is a skin care line created by Dr. Zein Obagi, who is a dermatologist.  The secret to Obagi is that it is tretinoin-based, which means it is a treatment program consisting of Retin-A.  What Retin-A or tretinoin does is it actually corrects sun damage and re-synchronizes the cells of your skin back to the cycle they were meant to have before injury from the sun and environment.  As a result, your skin looks and feels healthier.  Obagi also uses Hydroquinone, which is a skin bleaching agent.  Hydroquinone effectively "bleaches" your freckles and any abnormal pigmentation that result from sun exposure by getting rid of the extra melanocytes in your skin.  You can certainly use hydroquinone and Retin-A alone, but the Obagi system puts it together into an easy regimen that you are less likely to give up on with time.

Skin care is a basic step that will improve the quality of your skin itself, both by repairing damage and preventing further sun damage with good sunscreen.  A step up from simple skin care would be a chemical peel or any light or laser treatments.  BOTOX® Cosmetic helps with any wrinkles you may have from any overactive muscles (brow, eyes) and fat and filler injections could restore volume to the face.
